Paragon has developed a recovery process that helps carriers to recoup third party deductibles that were identified in a Deductible Analysis Recovery Test (DART) without upsetting the policy holder. This type of billing and recovery program is very delicate as most of the insureds receiving bills are current customers or policy holders that the carrier wants back. While this is true, it is the fiscal responsibility of the insurer to recover as much of the deductible dollars owed. Paragon understands that this is a critical balance.
